How do you like your brew?

I worked in a coffee shop over the summer and sold all sorts of coffee, my preference is a strong Americano with milk and 3-4 sugars.

Anyone else?

The coffee must be strong...because I'm going to dilute it with 1/3 milk & 1/3 sugar.

I joke, but I do like it milky & sweet.

The only way I can drink coffee is milky and sweet. Could be cappuccino or mocha with lots of sugar, but only every great once in a while. There's a religious group in North Carolina that also makes very good sweet milky coffee for a certain type of service, but apparently the recipe can only be made properly in large vats -- no single cup quantities. ;)

Anyway, all this is to say that I mostly drink tea and not coffee.

I love coffee. I generally prefer Columbian coffee black* with a small ice cube to cool it down. Failing ice, I can put a tiny bit of half and half.

For take-out coffee, I rather like McDonalds drip coffee. It tastes better than Starbucks drip. Plus the McD's coffee is a lot easier to find.

*I understand some places call it plain instead, but I mean no racial or ethnic bias by it.

Like Danny and freyer I like my coffee not to taste like coffee :p

Any sweetner will do and cream or milk is nice as well. If cream/milk isn't available then adulterating it with hot chocolate or some other flavor/additive works.

I'm not sure if eggnog latte strictly counts as coffee, but I do like Starbucks version.

Coffee smells wonderful, but I have never come by a taste for actually drinking it. I can occasionally go for a high-quality coffee ice cream, especially if chocolate sauce is also present.

That sums up my feelings nicely!

Now, I know there are lots of coffee lovers here, since there have been threads before. Where'd they all go?
