Your Biggest Time Sucks

1. Web surfing, more specifically Stumbleupon

2. Trying to find things that I knew I saw two days ago when I didn't need them

3. Notebooks full of half-baked, half finished ideas

Assuming that a "Time Suck" is something you do for fun and not because you have to- IOW, not work or housework- my biggest ones are (in no particular order):

Gaming-related activities: Playing RPGs, designing PCs or campaigns (or helping others do likewise), participating in ENWorld discussions.

Music-related activities: listening to CDs or composing/playing music for guitar.

Art-related activities: sketching fantasy/sci-fi/supers personalities, painting, designing jewelry.

Computer Games.

I just found out that one of my all-time favorite computer games & time sucks- one I thought was lost to incompatibility by the onward march of computer/software tech & time- has been resurrected for modern devices.

Playmaker Football is alive & well, running on PCs, Macs and even iPhones. I may have to get a new copy...

PlayMaker.com

Oh man, I didn't know Playmaker was back and improved... I just know how this is going to end, I'm going to take a "brief glance" at it and the next thing I know, It's Monday.

Yeah, I'll probably have to hop on the wagon and say Reading enworld. More often than not I just lurk around and read the posts rather than contribute, but my nature is to usually come by the threads when they're in full throttle already and the points and or opinions I would've made have already been mentioned, so I just tend to nod at the comments at home rather than just agreeing. I'm the sort of person who doesn't raise their voice if they can't bring value in the conversation.

I bet in the near future watching the Winter Olympics is going to be one of my biggest time sucks.
