Hmm, options could be to let the spellcaster after they got shanked by the super-invisible PC for the first time to cast true seeing, if still not able to see to cast glitterdust (maybe widened). But if none of those strategies work, (the hide check is still 60 even after glitterdust) try changing your tactics.
Apperantly your PC has spent lot's of power and money and effort in becoming unseeable, so it's only natural to not be able to see him by expending only a fracture of the same power/money/effort.
So you can't see him? Ok cast a fog spell. Suddenly your PC lost it's advantage (everybody is unseeably from more than 5 ft) ow and to boot his sneak attack is off (can't sneak attack a target that has concealment).
That should at least even the odd's. If your NPC's have any knowledge of this ability of their foe then they could even have made a strategy involving this tactic.
Or just be immune for sneak attacks. Who cares that he's invisible when he's dealin 1d6+2 damage a round at lvl 19.
Or have spells/effects that hurt anyone attacking the caster.
Try to think outside the box, not just for simple easy ways to counter your PC's effort. Remember: he's a one trick pony.
