OOC: Sounds like you guys have a consensus, then. Just give me one post stating the official actions, and in the order they happen, rolling any applicable attack rolls against Ignatz and monsters (if not already rolled) and I'll update my notes and post an updated battle map for you guys.

OOC: Here is my thoughts



  1. Boris (TCO) can act first, his actions don't depend on anyone else.
  2. Sha'kar then double moves and heals Ignatz.
  3. Ignatz should then stand up and make some sort of desperate attack. (I can take his turn if people don't mind since I'm pretty familiar with his character.)
  4. Dina, buffs Corragan and moves into the corner.
  5. Corragan blasts away.
EDIT: In fact, Ignatz has used Thunder Hooves Rage this encounter, so he will stand, use Pressing Strike to shift 2 out of the middle of the horde and attack, That should leave Corragan a clear area to blast.

When Ignatz was hit with the acid spray he could have used Shrug It Off as an immediate reaction.

Trigger: Ignatz is subjected to an effect that a save can end Effect: Ignatz makes a saving throw against the triggering effect. If he succeeds, he shifts 1 square as a free action.

Shrug it Off (1d20=19)

He succeeds, so he is not taking ongoing damage or weakened, but we'll probably have to forgo without the shift since it will involve retconning a lot of monster movement.
 

OOC: Actually, is Ignatz still grabbed? It didn't list being grabbed on his status, so I thought maybe that they released him when he went down.

OOC: Sorry, SoM! I did forget to put the GRABBED status on there for Ignatz. He IS grabbed, until the end of the enemies next turn (since they would not give up the meat shield AC and reflex bonus) :p

OOC: Ok then. Once Ignatz is healed, he'll stand up an try to escape the grab. If he fails, the damage that he takes at the end of the round will drop him again, and then some. If that happens, I vote that Corragan continues with his attack and we just consider Ignatz a necessary sacrifice, because otherwise, we are likely to spend all of our healing resources to keep him at death's door which could lead to them taking the rest of us out.

Momentarily regaining consciousness, Ignatz tries to escape the swarm...

[sblock=actions]Ignatz is at 16 hp after being healed.
Start of Turn: 6 damage from kruthik swarm. (10 hp remaining)
Move: Stand
Move: Escape Grab Athletics (1d20+10=19)

If successful he shifts to R46 and then...
Minor: Body of the Wolf, shifts to S47.

If the escape fails, he takes 20 damage from the 4 sentinels and is unconscious at -10 hp)[/sblock]

OOC: Since Ignatz is grabbed by multiple creatures I think he makes his check against the highest Fort defense, +2 for each additional creature grabbing him. Not sure if 19 is enough.
 

OOC: Mini-update:

TCO/Boris has moved and attacked, dealing 7 damage to the kruthik in R45.

Sha'kar makes it to U50 by using the Run action and uses Curative Admixture on Ignatz, dropping his damage dealt to 32/48. Ignatz is still Bloodied, Grabbed, and generally having a very bad day...

Just need Dina, Ignatz, and Corragan's attack rolls vs Ignatz and I'll give you guys a new map.
