Okay the favored class I selected is Rogue. Guess I should write that somewhere. So with two levels of Rogue I should get the favored class bonus twice right? I took it once for skills and once for hit points. Here's the relevant passage from the character advancement section:
'Each character begins play with a single favored class of his choosing—typically, this is the same class as the one he chooses at 1st level. Whenever a character gains a level in his favored class, he receives either + 1 hit point or + 1 skill rank. The choice of favored class cannot be changed once the character is created, and the choice of gaining a hit point or a skill rank each time a character gains a level (including his first level) cannot be changed once made for a particular level. Prestige classes (see Prestige Classes) can never be a favored class.'
I read that to indicate that I can chose either bonus at each level, but once I make my choice of class it is fixed and once I take a bonus at a given level I can't change that either. Am I off base here? There is also an option to take a +1/3 on crit confirmations when using sneak attack as a half-orc rogue from the APG, but I didn't see that as particularly practical at low level.
I can't believe I shorted myself on ability scores. I shall begin buffing post haste and I'll break out the modifiers a little better. With extra points comes more mods, huzzah! I'll also check the skill points, I might have overspent by one. I'll also get the coins straight.
