Feat that makes spells deal Half their damage as Fire

This going to be a very simple question...

I remember reading about a feat that grants casters the ability to deal half of a spell's damage as another element (fireball's 6d6 becomes 3d6 fire and 3d6 Acid, for example) but all I can find now is Consecrate/Desecrate (EDIT:Turns out the feat is called Corrupt Spell not Desecrate) spell which creates half Divine Energy and half normal damage and Energy Substitution which deals ALL of another type of damage (Coldball instead of Fireball).

I want an effect identical to Flame-Touched weapons but with spells (I can edit the damage type to be Cold-Touched/Death-Touched/etc), anyone know which book it is in and what it is called?

EDIT: Turns out Flame-Touched is homebrewed, the question stands though

My train of thought was pretty much the exact same as yours, honestly. Except my druid uses Energy Admixture, because why not feats aren't important when I can shapeshift into anything I freaking want.

PS. I've been gone so darn long I forget how to label my links like you guys did.

PureGoldx58 there is a globe with an infinity symbol on, that makes a link.

Thanks all of you, those feats sound nice, similar to what I was looking for but not quite...Energy Admixture is good but it doubles the damage of the spell I remember reading about one that deals half the damage as normal but half as another energy type, maybe I am remembering Energy Admixture incorrectly...guess I will just have to HR it

make it a homebrewed feat called energy shift (pick an energy type), apply it to an energy spell you cast for +0 spell level, makes half the damage of the spell into the element you chose for the feat; then have this new feat count as energy substitution for prerequisites

This sounds like it would be the best bet for what you want. I can't really think of anything along the lines of that beyond what was mentioned.
