Man of Steel sequel writer insults geeks and says other things

Goyer was asked how he would translate the J’onn J’onzz aka Martian Manhunter to film. As Goyer is one of the people in charge of bringing the DC Universe to live action, this was definitely a topic where his ideas carried weight. In response to being asked about the hero, Goyer asked, “How many people in the audience have heard of Martian Manhunter?” After hearing some light applause and cheers, he added, “How many people that raised their hands have ever been laid?”

I fear for The Sandman....

Having seen what he did with Man of Steel, who in their right mind would give the same director a chance to screw up another movie?
This topic is more about the writer, rather than director.

But I find it far more disturbing they are letting Snyder get his hands on Wonder Woman after Suckerpunch :erm:

Ah, so, another case of "person who makes money off of a group of people insults that same group of people". Not exactly new to the world.

I guess people can express their nerdrage at Goyer. Or simply not watch his film.

I saw the last superman on a borrowed DVD. It was ok I guess. I'd rather give my money to Marvel as most of their films are better.

I'm just so... tired... of the scheduled daily outrage over something somebody famous said. It's juts gotten too much now. Can we just agree that everybody will say something wrong at some point, and give the whole world a quick virtual dogpile now and get it over with?
