Should't it be legal to mirror the file and redistribute it through torrent?
Wasn't an option for the playtests, as those were technically available only to a closed group, even though everyone who applied for it was automatically admitted.
But if it's just a free download from their website, it shouldn't be an issue.

We don't know, yet, if they will put a license agreement on it or not. If they don't then, you are correct.

Probably not. Just because something is free to download doesn't give you permission to distribute it.

They may also prefer to have it downloaded from their site, not torrented, for tracking purposes.
