Still holding her sword, but feeling less careful now, Sachiko watches Wireth listening and sighs.

"Can we go in now? The others are going to beat us if we don't step things up!"

Jakira replied, "I no smell any gobberrrs yet."
"What's the world coming to when you can't find goblins in a GOBLIN VILLAGE?" pretend-grumbled Fastus, shaking his head. And, "Aw burn it, this is OLD stuff! It's rained on it and everything... Probably an accident with the fireworks or something..."

When he's told of the human bones: "Guess those adventurers didn't make it after all... Poor guys," and he made the sign for righteous rest. "No sign of their equipment?"

"Wait, I'll boost you," he offered Jariah, since there wasn't any ladders on this particular walkway anymore. He then offered the same to Elli.

Wireth Norin, half-orc falconer

Wireth bites down on a grin, then nods his compliance to join the race Sachiko seems to have entered. He opens the door and moves into the next building cautiously.

Wireth opens the door to real a small hallway.

Meanwhile on the other side of the village Fastus offers to help Jariah and Elsbeth up onto the platform.

OOC: Repositioned Fastus to allow other players to react to that situation.

CURRENT MAP

With Sachiko breathing down his neck and the village, so far, empty, Suldrel takes the few steps down the hallway and opens the door into the other section of the building. If that room is clear regrouping with the others should be simple. Empty or no, splitting up in unfamiliar territory is never going to be his favourite option.

Which door? The south one or the east one?

Jariah stepped around and accepted the boost upwards to the walkway above so she would be nearby when they opened the door.

“This is all passing strange. We were told the goblins were getting dangerous and active, but it would appear that information is a week old and someone else has gone and collected our bounty.”

"They had big fireworks two days ago though," helpfully mentioned the lion-haired blacksmith, offering the same boost to Elli if she wanted it. "You could see it all the way from Sandpoint... THAT'S what got people all worried an attack was coming, right? And the big fire in the entrance? That stopped burning dead goblins sometimes yesterday!"

So his money was still on plague... Or demon, that could work too.

Burn it! Should have made a bet with Sachiko!

"A gold on plague...?" he tentatively offered his current companions -- mostly towards the cat above, strangely enough.

Elsbeth

Elsbeth accepts the lift from Fastus.

"Thank you kind sir. Do you need a hand?"

When Fastus indicates he is going around the other way, she shrugs.

"See you inside. Please be careful."

She takes a quick look around before heading south.

"I'm going this way." she says, pointing towards the south door.
