You also have the potions loaned to you by Koya. The cost for all eight potions is 200gp (25gp per potion). You have used three of them and still have five of them left.

The tanglefoot bag looked momentarily interesting but it is way too large a share of the gold for a one shot item. I guess I will just wait on the pedigree of the magic items before I decide what ight be good.

Skyrocket (Fireworks II): When lit, this foot-long wooden tube begins to shake and emit a handful of white sparks, shedding light as a torch. One round later it takes flight, moving in a straight line with a fly speed of 90 for 1d6 rounds before loudly exploding in an burst of light and sound, and dealing 2d6 points of fire damage in a 10-foot burst (DC 15 Reflex save for half). If a skyrocket impacts a solid surface or a creature before reaching its maximum range, it detonates prematurely at the point of impact. Anyone who takes damage from the explosion is either blinded or deafened (a 50% chance of either) for 1 round. (50gp)
Thanks.

These Skyrockets might have use under certain circumstances. At lower levels (below 5th), DR can be a real pain and so can flying creatures. Even if we hang on to these for a few level they have more use than chucking Alchemist’s Fire potentially.

TS, how much do the SkyRockets weigh? While I don’t agree they should be party treasure, I might have Jariah buy them all with her share of the split if no one else wants to buy any.

As PM pointed out, with three items unidentified, further splits will depend on what the wand, ring, and cloak actually are.
Right. Has Elsbeth already used up her attempt with Spellcraft? I think TS rolled them already.

Sachiko can use the wand of healing pretty well, since she'll be in melee where healing is most likely to be needed, and fights one-handed with a shortsword and no shield. It'd still be party loot, but she's well-suited to hold it.
Agreed. Regardless of who gets the Cloak of Resistance to wear, Sachiko should carry the wand of CLW.

Please deduct the 200gp from the combined loot before calculating the individual split. Then let’s put the 5 remaining into the party treasury to ensure we have them distributed properly. With the wand in the mix, we can shuffle potions around to those that might need them more.

Buying the tanglefoot bag now is not a bad deal. But they are heavy too. If you can handle the weight, I would buy it anyway. Those are useful for dealing with flyers or certain fast movers for several levels to come. You can always sell it later.

TS, I am planning to buy a harness (estimated cost is maybe 2gp? It is not something in the books, IIRC) for Jakira so he can carry saddlebags for extra storage. I just want to run that by you for costs.

Others items Jariah might buy (because they are cheaper):
Flask of Acid (Already stated as definite)
Tanglefoot Bag
Tindertwig (only 1)
Grappling Hook
Fireworks II (5)

Fastus wants some of the fireworks (say 2? Depends on the price), and Sachiko as well I think. He'll probably get the small ones too, if he has the coins (for celebration more than anything else :)).

Desnan Candle (Fireworks I): negligible weight

Skyrocket (Fireworks II): 1 pound each

Elsbeth has.

Done.

We will use this from Ultimate Equipment:

ANIMAL HARNESS
Price 2 gp; Weight 2 lbs.
This leather or hemp harness allows a holder to restrain and control a domesticated animal. A harness is standard equipment for anyone trying to teach an animal tricks with the Handle Animal skill. Ready-made harnesses are available in most markets for common domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, horses, and oxen, but harnesses can be made for nearly any creature.

I am also ruling that any equipment the eidolon has on him stays with him as he travels back to his home plane. [Note: I could not find any official ruling for this. The internet kinda goes both ways. I chose how I would rule it.]

Koya is able to identify the unknown items. The magic list is thus:
(K) Potions of Cure Light Wounds
(K) Wand of Cure Light Wounds
(K) Wand of Magic Missile
(K) Ring of Protection +1
(K) 2 Cloaks of Resistance +1
(S) 11 Small Arrows +1

Let me know if there are any changes from this list.

Okay, so it looks like the Cloak is largely the only thing Wireth could use, but I don't have a pressing need for him to have a magic item out of the gate. His Sacred Tattoo racial trait effectively gives him that, so I'm fine with other folks taking the cloaks for now.

On the fence about what to do. I am thinking of getting Suldrel to buy more "Southlander" style gear and put aside his old leather and longspear. Mechanically there are weapons that do the same thing and more and even better. And though +1 deflection armour is obviously better than another +1 of armour, the latter is likely sufficient for most situations. And those things are a lot cheaper than a 2000 gp ring.
