Have you created a feat or seen one published somewhere that was just plain weird? Here is one I came up with that in retrosect may be a mistake...

You can use an alternate bodily orifice such as a nostril when speaking. Benefits: You can speak and cast spells with verbal components without using your mouth. The orifice used must not be obstructed by a helmet or other form of armour or clothing.
