D&D 5E Frog God - Do they Actually Exist????

Just remember with small companies, I imagine only a handful of people like 5, that stuff happens and immediate turn around is sometimes not possible. Factor in the weekend, possible personal issues, the fact they are probably like family so if one has a crisis come up they all have a crisis come up, that kind of stuff.
Come Monday morning I think this will all be resolved and they will provide you with the great customer service they are known for, just again sometimes good can't be immediate with small companies.

Phew... I thought it was just me! I ordered yesterday once I heard we could buy the Foes pdf. I've sent a couple of emails and just thought to wait until Monday.

I'm mostly mad at myself for not remembering my password. So I feel better others have had the same exact problem as me with signing in. I'll try to be patient until Monday.

Ordered yesterday morning. No email receipt/confirmation, and no way to log in. I, too, have tried to reset the password to no avail. I've received literally no emails in the past 30 hours. I'll wait until Monday then try to contact them.

I had no problem creating an account and downloading from them last night.

Is Fifth Edition Foes actually out yet? Everything I see on their website says it'll be released in April and marks it as a pre-order, but that could just be the hardcover.

That's hardcover. The pdfs of all three books are releasing very soon.

I just got an email, they know there is an issue with signing on. Someone is in this weekend.
I was able to download my PDF, I'm sure they are trying to get to everyone asap. I'm happy!

Hotmail and a couple of other mail sites are blocking their responses from their automated systems. It was announced on the kickstarter. You have to file a support ticket. They manually changed my password and I had full access that morning.

They sorted out my issue manually, as I use Hotmail as my throwaway "register at a website" email.
