Sorry, I could swear it exists but actually was unable to find it now. I remember you were send far off Kossuth's realm (because he disallowed gates opening too close) and had to traverse the plane of fire toward his realm, dodge servants of Imix and the City of Brass tasked with making sure that Kossuth remains unaware of the little "fieldtrip" and finally in Kossuth's realm get his attention in a manner that doesn't cause you to just incinerate on the spot.

It must exist, since I am not creative enough to make this up
