While I realize that lots of people were drawn to Sigil, the Factions, etc., a large part of Planescape's appeal for many people was the ability to travel between the various D&D campaign settings. Even if they plan to produce (or at least open up) Planescape eventually, I think there's some logic to the notion of not doing so until at least a handful of other settings are already out and/or open for use.

I'm not on Twitter (I'm more grognard than newbie) and I would vote Greyhawk.

The good thing about the adventures so far is they all can be used in a semi generic fantasy such as Greyhawk, FR, even DragonLance with some deity and geography tweaking. Ravenloft is a demiplane trip so should be relatively easy to tweaked to be attached to any of these.

A release set in Dark Sun and to some extent Eberron is harder to convert to your favourite setting (if it isn't Dark Sun or Ebberron).

Having said that it's harder for the Eberron & darksun fans to convert the current stuff so if they (or planescape) get some love I'm cool with that.

I don't think dragonlance needs an update. It coulb be useful for those young (or not) that don't own any DL book. But playing DL is really straightforward. Maybe they could produce an adventure with some rules. But I don't see a sourcebook happens.
I don't know much about greyhawk. So, nothing to say here.
In the other hand, Eberron and Dark Sun need some rules updates. I think DS need it the most.
We have played using a custom conversion for DS and it was awesome.
My wish is: one big sourcebook for Eberron (like the 3rd Ed cs) with no more than 20/30 crunch pages at the end of the book. And the same for dark Sun but with a players companion or small book like players guide (with all the crunch).

Voted for Dark Sun since there was no Planescape.

It was the option that was most dramatically different from 'bog-standard-fantasy'. Eberron would have been a close third for me, but I do not think it is as dramatically different as Dark Sun.

Plus, if we get a new Dragonlance campaign setting, we can get a new trilogy by Weis & Hickman to explain how the metaplot incorporates the changes in the new ruleset! #dragonsofsummerflame #chaoswar
