D&D 5E Tiger curse

Wasn't there some tv show that had an episode with a cursed luchador tiger mask? The wearer became more animalistic or some such as I faultily recall.

Have the mask possessed by the spirits of six great warriors who took on the mantle of Tiger Mask to battle evil and raise orphaned children. By putting the mask on, the PC agrees to become the new Tiger Mask. If the PC ever fails to fight evil or help children, the ghosts of the former warriors show up and repeatedly Tiger Suplex the PC until he returns to the proper path of the tiger.
This is a brilliant twist on a curse: it forces the victim to do good deeds! Love it!

The only change I'd make is that every time the victim gets Tiger Suplexed (or whatever punishment is applied for failing) there be some sort of ongoing minor penalty* attached - cumulative each time - until the victim next fights evil or helps children; this removes the penalties at the start of that encounter.

* - e.g. -1 on a particular skill, or loss of knowledge of a spell (if caster); can escalate to -1 on a stat, or -1 to hit; can escalate from there to disadvantage on something...or everything...

Yea, it was an episode of Grimm. I think the same season that had the Illithid.

Fun fact, the Lucia episode of Grimm featured Chaco Guerrero, Jr., whose uncle Edie sometimes wrestled under the moniker of Black Tiger, Tiger Mask's archrival, in Japan.

- You have enhanced smell ... which you cannot turn off. You can smell everybody in the tavern who needs a bath.
- Fingers turn into claws, for an unarmed attack. But just try to pick up anything small with your bare hands.
- Stealth bonus, but you have to lunge into melee attack from ambush. No shooting arrows from a distance.
- Your battle cry sounds like the "Bob Rohrman" commercial.
- You cannot imagine being anything other than the leader in a group.
- Tigger curse: you can't stand still or be quiet about anything. At the very least, you pace the room. You lose patience with planning sessions and head out to start the action.
