Korlin took your hand, apparently willing to drop the subject. After all, he now knew he wouldn't have his longsord if he hadn't. "Consider it a gift," he says.

I suppose I misread, or didn't read far enough, as it does say a skilled, but not exeptional, artisan makes about a gold a day. Laborers usually get a silver. But I'll keep it as is. The Academy is a very rich place, for those who would take advantage of it.

I believe the economy in the PHB is silver based. Unskilled labor is 1 sp. Skilled labor is 5 sp. (AFB atm)

MetaVoid I think Quentin is coming across how you want him to I just don't think Raven really cares even one bit, if anything I think his "lad about town" demeanor is straight up antagonizing her.

I understand :) But that is why I wrote the part where he changes essentially immediately after he met her. He focused on the school, stopped wooing tavern wenches and flirting with the female group members. Besides, he grows on you after a while (I'm hoping that CHA natural 20 helps because, you know, mold can grow on you too :p )

So...you know, she may guess how he was by that first meeting or maybe treat him as cliche sailor - but he was never anything less than open and friendly to her. (and all others, too, but she was the one he is trying to seduce) And you know, being noble born, he should know how to behave :D - unfortunately, persuasion isn't on his skill list (between sailor and fighter, only intimidate is social skill)

I'll pay for Persuasion at some point
