D&D 5E EB's Campaign Craziness (One Shot - Interest Check)
I'm new to 5e, but the other games I started had people asking about gunslingers and alternate rangers and such. I would just goggle up 5e third party see what you get. And you don't have to play a 3rd party character I just thought it would get people interested quickly as I want to start the game soon. Hoping for a Halloween to Halloween type experience. lol
I'm a glutton for gaming, but I have gorged too deeply. I'm having trouble keeping up with the games I'm in already. I must give the thumbs up to this idea, while regretfully settling into the audience stands to watch.
NP Shayuri, it's good you have a full plate. As of late I have been staring at a blank Settings screen hopefully soon I will be "gorged too deeply" lol
As much as I shouldn't, I'm a sucker for Halloween based games, and Creamsteak isn't doing his game this year. I'm in for Curse of Strahd.
I don't mind doing third party. But if I'm going to do third party, I should do third party. Would you be ok with a Gunslinger? I can look up a few different types, and see what's what.

I think that I am currently the sole taker for your 1e ToD game - which is a bit disappointing...
I really want to play OotA though some real life stuff is keeping me occupied atm. I'm also a little hesitant on your chosen method of "char gen", I think I'd want to see the characters first (my repertoire of personalities that I can/want to play is quite narrow) . So I could be a maybe? I should know more in a few weeks when you are ready to go.

Sure can do. Just make sure to have a link or copy/paste the info for me please. I think a party of gunslingers would be weirdly cool.
I will post an RG and have stats and backgrounds posted, and then will have the players add their own personailties, ideals, flaws, bonds, based on what I have up. So the shell is the DMs the soul will be the players.

It's a full class to itself. I'd probably wind up multiclassing. The UA Warlock invocation Arcane Gunslinger from the Modern Magic UA would be awesome, being able to summon a firearm as my pact weapon. That would require 3 levels of Warlock, though. We don't get many levels in CoS. I'd have to think about it.
