D&D 5E Help with finding SRD monsters with the features I need?

O.K. In the DMG is a section "Creating A Monster" and on pgs. 280-281 there are listings for a bunch of monster features and how they affect the CR of a creature you make. My issue is this: I want to make monsters that could be published in a book or PDF, and so would have to be in compliance with the SRD (System Reference Document). Most of the features listed are possessed by monsters that are in the SRD and thus available to use; however, a few seem to be only possessed by monsters that are not in the SRD. I presume I cannot use those monster features, correct?

However, a few that I thought were only possessed by non-SRD monsters, I later found to be possessed by SRD monsters (i.e. I thought Illumination was only a Flameskull feature, then discovered that Azer have it too.) So I was hoping that people would help me check to make sure whether or not the features listed below could be found on a SRD monster, because so far I haven't found them. The features and the non-SRD monster that has them are:

Avoidance (Demilich)
Chameleon Skin (Troglodyte)
Dive Attack (Aarakocra)
Fiendish Blessing (Cambion)
Light Sensitivity (Shadow Demon)
Otherworldly Perception (Kuo-toa)
Psychic Defense (Githzerai Monk)
Redirect Attack (Goblin Boss)
Slippery (Kuo-toa)
Superior Invisibility (Faerie Dragon)
Turn Immunity (Revenant)
Wounded Fury (Quaggoth)

In one case I did find a feature that was very similar - Sunlight Sensitivity (possessed by kobolds) is very close to Light Sensitivity - and Truesight is similar to Otherworldly Preception (not exact match, but close). However I am at a loss with the other features. Any help appreciated.

For which you would, presumably, expect to be paid? If so, you should contact WOTC / Hasbro and get a proper determination of what is covered by the SRD and what is Open Game Content.

You can use WotC’s text that is in the SRD. You can’t use WotC’s text that is not in the SRD.

(You can use text from *any* SRD, even the Pathfinder PRD or the D&D 3E one).

When writing for publications under the OGL (as opposed to DMs Guild), put your D&D books away. They’re of no use to you. Pull out the SRD and work from that. Pretend the D&D don’t exist.
