Aha! So that was YOU!!!

I am a big fan of Pathfinder's kaiju; you can tell the devs were having a lot of fun when they built them. I imagine there are a lot of monsters ahead of them in the queue for PF2, but I am looking forward to when they make the PF2 versions.Pathfinder statted up all the kaiju in one of their bestiaries, with just enough changes to not infringe the IP.
I think the expectation is that people would want to play the Transformers as PC's, which is less likely for Godzilla*. I think it would be hard to make 20-40 foot tall robot PC's in the same setting as elf and dwarf PC's, but I think they could do micromasters and Beast Wars Transformers (since most of them are PC sized). The cartoon BW Maximal and Predacon teams seem like they had roles similar to a number of PC classes. If kaijus by Toho Studios were possible in D&D... then why not Transformers?
Pretty sure that Godzilla would look at the Tarrasque and say "Get lost midget" before kicking him out of Japan. Even the earliest version of Godzilla is 3 times the size of the tarrasque.
The Tarrasque is not Godzilla. Just want to point that out (as a Godzilla fan).No need to wait for magic cards to have Godzilla and kin in your D&D campaign. The tarrasque is Godzilla without his breath weapon and other Kiaju have had stats as far back as 2E (I used battra in a home campaign once, and there’s the whole “Isle of the Ape” for using Kong...)
Heck, take a look at X1 and tell me that’s not some form of Godzilla.

Please, one blast of BigG takes out the BigT. Not to mention the BigG is nigh indestructible and has regeneration too.Godzilla has a size advantage and a Breath Weapon, but the Tarrasque has a pile of immunities and powerful regeneration, that it can shake off whatever Godzilla can do to it.
