WotC What's your dream release schedule?

I want a Xanathar's 2.0/Planescape book later this year.

I also want an adventure book this year as well, taking place in Neverwinter, based on aberrations and fighting a star spawn worshiping cult.

Next year I want a Dark Sun book full of psionics and more subclasses for the first release.

I then want to never have another magic the gathering setting again. Theros is good, but none of the others deserve a book, IMHO.

Anything other than a decent sized hardcover has a very low chance of me buying it these days. Starter and Essentials sets worked, but I don't want a ton of boxes. So, an occasional box set (that fits the hardcovers like the existing ones) and hardcover that piques my interest would be ideal.

On the other hand, I hope that people who want a Darksun book and a Planescape book get one soon, despite my personal belief that nearly every MTG setting is worth its own book before either of them. I like to see people get what they love, even if its not my personal preference. If I were mean spirited, I would hope that neither of those two books ever happened.

Ravnica doesn't deserve to be a D&D world or have a book. It doesn't work as a book, and IMHO, was completely just a cash grab and way to get more M:tG players to play D&D.

Ravnica is probably the book I steal the most from. It was one of the best RPG purchases I've made. I doubt I will use Darksun or Planescape half as much (unless the psionics rules are in Darksun, in which case we'll use the heck out if it even though I have nothing but disdain for the setting.)

I mean, there's certainly a ton of information contained in the book that is very useful, like Minotaurs and Centaurs, some angel variants, magic items, and backgrounds, but the setting just shouldn't be a D&D setting.

I rarely run anything but homebrew, although I am currently running a Greyhawk game and have run Eberron in the past.

I found Ravnica to extremely interesting as a setting.

Of course it was, why would it have been anything but? They are a company trying to make money.

What I would do is have a bunch of different ideas for books, and for each idea I would find a person who really wanted that idea made into a book. Then I would get all those people together compete in a reality show competition. The winner would have the idea they championed made real...
