Ugh.

I wish they’d stop overvaluing advantage.

TT isn’t remotely OP.
It doen't seem to be WotC overvaluing advantage so much as the player feedback they have received so far.

Something did sink in whist I was watching the video: Eldritch Adept has spellcasting as a prerequisite, which scuppers the Witch Sight Shadow Monk.

I wish I had noticed earlier and put "remove the perquisite" in my comments. The only available invocation that uses spell slots specifies that they must be warlock anyway.

Optional rules for flanking grant advantage anyway so that part may often be redundant in some campaigns. I t looks like that part could be a sweetener for Masterminds. I suggested ability pre requirements of Int13 or Cha13. I like the feat but I'm struggling to see how to bring it under control.

Maybe limiting it so only if they already have the class feature allow it to work on two allies.

Advantage is easy to come by, and doesn't stack.

So, no, it's not OP.

Augh... yeah it's annoying. It's a great feat for someone who wants to be more tactical, but like... if I decide to spend both my Action and Bonus action to Help, I need 4 different enemies within range and at least 4 allies that can make attack rolls... that's not always ideal.

Not in a position to watch the whole thing right now, but this just dropped from Crawford:

Finally got a chance to watch it (read; listen on my headphones while walking my dog and getting breakfast) and it’s pretty interesting. Nothing really new, outside of a clear view of the intent behind the different feats.

I think “crazy good” is a little much for Tandem Tactician, but we will see what the feedback nds up being.

Is it? I mean, the video was posted the same day as the survey, so I doubt they're working off much feedback at that point, if any.

IMO, it doesn't need any reigning in. It's a feat to grant 2 people advantage as a bonus action. That's...a perfectly fair feat.

Yeah I suppose if it wasn't for the Mastermind, people would think it was all kinds of awesome.

Tandem Tactician is powerful, but not OP, IMHO. Find Familiar gives permanent advantage to one person with next to no cost. A Chronurgist can give literally everyone in the party a familiar, and give everyone advantage on everything, with less than 100 gp in cost.

Flanking (if you use it, which I don't) is OP, where standing in a certain way automatically gives you advantage to hit.

Giving a feat and a bonus action to get advantage for two people is not OP.
