D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

"Everyone involved in the combat encounter rolls initiative"
You are not in a combat.
You can't see or detect nothing.
You're performing a hostile act by dispelling either some portion/s of the sanctum (which has clear sightlines out to 300', so you have nothing to hide behind) or whatever magic you're trying to dispel on the Diviner.

Roll Initiative.

I am not in combat. However your Sorcerer and Catulle's Wizard are. The fact that he can't see the hidden sorcerer doesn't mean all of them don't roll for initiative. You have no way to assert that he can't see nothing. You're dispelling his mage armor, which has a visual component. With Foresight, he sees what will happen. So he sees his Mage Armor failing and he isn't surprised.

Subtle Dispel remains undetectable for you.
No visible hostile action.

Again--and for the last time--Subtle Spell only means there are no Verbal or Somatic Components. It doesn't mean the Dispel Magic can't be detected when the effects are dispelled. And it's a hostile act. Roll Initiative.

Lets consider it as a hostile action.
Roll initiative.
