Champion is the most popular Subclass, so we'll probably see a version of that. Really interested to.see what they do with Fighting Style Feats and Weapon properties. The fighter is easy... either battlemaster is base class and champion is subclass or vice versa... and then weapon abilities on top.
So far, we have:
- Rogue: Thief (iconic and in the SRD, but in fact Assasin and Swashbuckler are more popular, so I reckon they will be in the PHB, and Arcane Trickster to boot)
- Bard: Lore (most popular and SRD)
- Ranger: Hunter (most popular and in SRD)
- Cleric: Life (most popular and in SRD)
- Paladin: Devotion (in SRD, not the most popular, however, that's Vengence)
- Druid: Moon (not in the SRD, but it is the most popular)
So, I'm guessing for the remainder:
- Fighter: Champion (most popular and in the SRD)
- Monk: Open Hand or equivalent
- Barbarian: Berserker if they go for SRD, Totem, if they go for popularity
- Sorcerer: Draconic, single most popular Subclass in the whole game
- Warlock: Fiendish if they with SRD, Hexblade if they go by popularity
-Wizard: Bladesinger and War Mage arr the most popular options, but Evoker is in the SRD. Might do something weird here, if the Mage Group features take some Wizard stuff
