My emphasis. In-n-Out is great (if not unmatched) for a fast food burger. The local burger joint is not fast food
Exactly. People comparing In-N-Out to burgers that cost two or three times as much, well, yes, I would hope your $15 burger is better than a $5 burger. But it's not exactly some great accomplishment if it is.
LoL. When I speak about local burger joints, I am talking about far smaller localized operations. Not $15-20 artisanal burgers like at Eureka! More like $2.80 mom and pop burgers. It's definitely fast food.

"I can get a better burger at a local joint you've never heard of" isn't really a point one can argue, one way or another. I believe you if you say so, but I have been to plenty of local joints with that kind of aesthetic that are terrible. Being a small local joint is in no way predictive of quality.

...which is a claim that I'm not making. I am not even making the hipster claim that "I can get a better burger at a local joint you've never heard of." I am merely saying that there are a number of local, humble fast food burger joints like this that I personally like and tend to prefer.

As far as burger chains go, I'm a fan of Cook Out. And to be clear: I'm also not making any grandiose claims about Cook Out being better than other burger chains either.

The VTT that makes the process as simple as using the average mobile game will conquer the market.
There was one, about the time I got a tablet... so about 2010... I was switching from PalmOS to Android... was actually decent... except that it never got connectivity working. When I got a 12" tablet, I used it as a combat map ...

I did not say that. I said that you can't really predict how they will play in. There's no "strong" type.
There are about 3 or 4 iconic types of Strong...
  • Conan as done by Howard himself - well built, firmly muscled, but not overly so. Can pass for normal with a loose tunic. Crafty, Lives by wits.
  • Big Dumb Brute. Classic of stage and screen. The archetype in modern is Jaws from the 70's Bond films. We also see it in a number of fantasy films. Little John comes to mind in some of the more sat
  • The hidden brains of the operation... the most clear is Chubacca.
  • The overly muscled pin head...

I will say that the best burger I've ever had was at a dive like this called Bartell's Giant Burger in Redding, CA, right down the street from my high school. I've gone back once since with my partner and it was pretty bad.

I could not, in good conscience, recommend Bartell's (or, to be fair, Redding)

Cook Out does have the best fast food burgers. Carolina Style all the way!
