D&D General Baldur's Gate 3 will now be releasing August 3rd on PC and September 6th on PS5, increased level cap, race & class details and more

I'm in Act 3 and the more populated areas are chugging on my somewhat out-of-date PC. I have a replacement arriving next Friday that I know will run it significantly better, but can I hold off until then?

Maybe I'll compromise on starting a second run. There's plenty of Act 1 and Act 2 content I missed first time around.

I anticipate my laptop will be shrieking at me. :)

Yeah - most of the game I got 70-90 FPS.

Baldur's Gate itself sometimes will go that high but very often it's 30 FPS, and whilst people were trying to blame "memory leaks" and stuff it's absolute bollocks, you can book the game fresh and in Baldur's Gate you'll see a massive framerate hit as soon as you go on to the streets.

Uh oh, I already have to wait a couple minutes for areas to load in, especially The Grove. My 8 year old Laptop is going to die when I get to the actual BG city. :( Should have waited for the PS5 version but I wanted to play it NOW

Ritual spells stay on when you ... unprepare them? Because I remember thinking Gale could cast Mage Armor and then switch out the spell, only for it to vanish as soon as he did so.
