Where I come from, the term is either "y'all" (a specific person or group of people, usually those within earshot) and "all y'all" (a broad term referring to a non-specific person or group of people who are not present.) There's also the less-common "sum y'all," which is a way of talking about someone present without naming names.

"Y'all ready for lunch?" -my mom, asking if anyone's hungry

"All y'all need to shut the hell up about that new Asoka show, I ain't watched it yet." -my sister, growling at her social media feed.

"Sum y'all still owe me for the fishin' license I picked up last week." -my buddy, reminding me to Venmo him without calling me out in front of everyone
