Reddit can be good, depending on the sub you're reading. I generally don't encounter much toxicity on the PF2e subreddit for example.

Reddit is good for finding answers to questions, but I don’t like having conversations there.

I can see why based on some subs. I’ve had good luck asking for advice on the Call of Cthulhu, PF2e, and Foundry subs so it might just be natural selection of the people who gravitate to those things.
