also according to Reddit and Tumblr, Dr. Santos is either overconfident and arrogant but willing to grow or a dangerous sociopath who became a doctor just to cut people up. The show should also be renamed to "Dr. Robby and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day"

I think there’s a difference between foreshadowing and being obvious. When characters are actively saying “is it the kid?”, that’s not really foreshadowing anymore.

While I agree with you, I also think that it shouldn't be him. Not because I have a problem with foreshadowing, but because I believe that the story will be better if they are mistaken, and it is an unrelated aggressor.

As fitz said, the over all story was better served by it not being the kid or related to in any way to the ER. Now we have one more episode to go.

So many people I want to see get their comeuppance in this show…but I also know it’s not that kinda show.
