Isn’t it initiative cards?Sorry I am confused by what you are describing. Daggerheart doesn't have initiative so I am lost.
Yes. Thank you. Now I have to go back and reread this thread. It turns out I never played Daggerheart! Is this Dragonbane, not Daggerheart, by chance?
I really like the structure of this, reminds me of a more freeform version of Atomic Robo's brainstorming sessions.
I thought it was me going insane since I haven't played either, but I've read the rules and didn't see anything about cards!Yes. Thank you. Now I have to go back and reread this thread. It turns out I never played Daggerheart!
Apologies for not responding. I was having a weird error problem with the forums. I see you got it sorted out so /yayIsn’t it initiative cards?
Edit: I’m starting to think that I’m thinking of a different game….
Edit 2: I’m thinking thinking Dragon Bane. Oops!
No worries, you can ask your question here: Dragonbane general thread [+]Yes. Thank you. Now I have to go back and reread this thread. It turns out I never played Daggerheart!
Ironically Daggerheart has loads of cards; if you get a physical edition all the ancestries, cultures, subclasses, and domain abilities are on cards. Combined with class specific character sheets you can have a nice collaborative character creation session and never once refer to the rulebook, never mind waiting for it to look up ancestries or abilities. This makes the game a lot smoother.I thought it was me going insane since I haven't played either, but I've read the rules and didn't see anything about cards!
