Autar decides to risk Falen's grease spell rather than deal with the undead priest. Because he is aware of its location, I'm giving him a +2 circumstance bonus on his Balance check.

The Undead Priest gets an AoO vs. Autar (who has limited cover from the low wall (+2 to his AC).
