I think if you truly never want to touch a computer again in your life, you could find a job that would fit the bill. Probably not in agriculture, but maybe some parts of the service industry?

I think you'd most likely need to find some low-tech labor job at a small business with a luddite owner. There are some bars and restaurants and cleaning, maintenance, or trades companies like that.

Yeah, maybe a little mom and pop style restaurant. There's a few of those near me. Just got pizza with my partner and her parents Monday and the waitress took our order on a little order book and gave us a hand-written receipt. Cashed out at a traditional cash register.
