A weird little something I just noticed with the 5.5e vampire: their Bite is now a Con save that deals no damage on a success. Willing targets have to make this save. I guess it's a case of "the spirit is willing but the flesh is ... tough?"

It's a balancing act. Are they SO irritating that it's worth missing the occasional insight? Then block away. Make the boards a better and less frustrating place for YOU.
I do think it's generally a good idea to avoid being petty or stubbornly and excessively prickly in your blocks. But I block pretty freely now based on how irritated other posters make me on a consistent basis and it improves ENWorld's environment for me.
