Is the module Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde a good adventure?

My nephew and his wife want to get back to DnD since second edition. They got 3.5 books (players and DM) cheap and want me to run a good story campaign. Which long published module would you recommend me to run that perfect for newbies (player and DM) ? I know they want to play elf characters...

A little confused on the new skills and hope some clears this up for me. What are the new skills replace to 3.5 edition and how many skill points a first level character gets. I want to make a character sheet using new skills so my players ease into 4th edition campaign. Thanks in advance.
