yes and no have to grapple your opponent and pin him in order to do anything cool (such as toos him in this instance) but you could do all of the above of you have a high enough base attack bonus. 3 attacks = 1 round ( 1st attack: grapple, 2nd attack: pin, 3rd attack: toss) 2 attacks= 2...

Why not just go with leadership? then just snag a griffon or hippogriff or something like that. and if you want to keep him on the ground, just make it a celestial warhorse, or maybe an awakened dire wolverine hope it helps

As far as the Offensive Prescience goes, i would say you could use it for any and all attacks that deal damage...simply add a +2 after all the dice have been rolled and every other factor has been added up...and dont forget you'll have to be at least 7th lvl to be able to cast it as a swift...

The SRD states that daggers can be piercing or slashing, and a character has to determine which type to use on any given attack. My question is this: "What if I throw the thing? Do i choose what kind of damage to deal?" I cant seem to find an answer one way of the other, and though i don't see...

well, as far as the OP was concerned... A medium character with maximum reach, eh? I'd go: Goliath (for Powerful Build...large longspear), Monkey Grip (for a better increased weapon size....huge longspear), Get some Strong Arm Bracers (For even greater weapon size....gargantuan longspear)...

and another thing... (thanks for the replies so far, but i would really like to have a broad opinion of who would allow what and do what degree!!!) how does a creature gain the rend ability? i would imagine its only requirement is two claws and an impressive strength... thoughts?
