I was positively surprised by the new art of Mimura. No spikey goth armor and the like. No over the top clothing. It feels quite down to earth and somehow reminds me of the older art that has been released back in 1e/2e days. I just hope that this guy gets more work to be done for 4e.

I is my opinion that the art of any edition of D&D also reflects the rules and the feeling of the game. If that is the case with 4e then I am starting to look forward to this new edition.

I prefer my own version of the D&D troll, to be perfectly frank.

I gotta be frank, these are the best drawn trolls I've ever seen.
They look scary, they look tough, they look monstrous and they look EVIL.
God I can't wait to be able to fight one of these dudes!

I totally agree with you, F4NBOY: they are fantastic trolls.
