Tucking Reks' lightsabers into the padawan's sash, Cal threw his left arm around the dazed and injured Jedi's shoulder. "Yeah, I can manage him, I think." He kept his carbine gripped in his right hand to fire from the hip if necessary.

As the other trooper fled away, Kacela's lightsaber serverly wounded him and his grunted in pain as he staggered back into the smoke.

Targo shot into the smoke and mist but he did not think that he had hit again thing. He then grabbed up this Gand and moved out of the tunnel view and out of any linger fire. Cal pulled Reks out of the way and he happened to glace back the way the group had come... and noticed that the exist door out of the chamnber was lowered shut and the central dais had moved back to its former position and was closed!!! Kacela covered the tunnel entrance as Jihahna fired multiple bolts down the tunnel, and dropped the two farther's troopers!

The troopers in the chamber fled out the tunnel that they had emerged through and the three in the tunnel (only Jihahna noticed this) fled back deeper and grabbed what cover they could.

The rumbling and shaking within the chamber continued and it was getting noticeably stronger!

GM: Targo missed with his area attack while Jihahna hit but they are really spread out so only the closer two or the furthest two would be within 4x4 meter area. I picked the furthest ones for you but you could have picked the closest two.
The five troopers in the chamber take the Dash action and move to the tunnel that was 100 meters away. They are not out of LOS.
There are now 3 troopers in the tunnel. They all take the Dash action, moving 24 meters back into the tunnel and taking 1/2 cover (+2 Ref). That means they are 36, 38 and 44 meters back within the tunnel. It curves at about the 80 meter mark.

Actions? We are somewhat out of combat as the troopers are not firing back. You can still shot the 3 in the tunnel.

"Don't look now folks, but our way out is blocked!" Cal shouted as the rumbling increased, pointing back toward either the entrance, the dais, or both with his carbine. He moved closer to Targo so he could keep close to the injured. The medic looked to Jihahna and Kacela, trusting in their judgement.

Jihahna smiles and begins to laugh a little. "Ohhh, it's like they think we can't handle a little worm... Well, maybe we can't, but...."

She turns to Cal. "Cal? Can you wake Gand please? We're gonna need him."

Once he wakes, Jihahna speaks to him, "Hey buddy, you got any more of those explosives we can use? Maybe all of them? We have a worm to blow up and you have a name to earn for yourself. I'm thinking whatever means 'Saviour of the galaxy' in Gand might be a start..."

She turns then to the Nikto
"How about your grenade Targo? We could probably do with as much devastation as possible..."

GM: This Gand does indeed have another set of explosives. As I forgot to add in her +2 dice last time she has 2 sets left I believe.
With Explosive Expert you get to add +2 weapon die if you make your Roll, which she did. I was also giving +2 dice for slapping two together so the damage should have been 8d6.

Nodding, Cal tapped Targo and indicated he should set the Gand down. Pulling out the small alien's medpac from its utility belt, the medic examined the Gand for a second before applying the automated kit to its abdomen, hoping the device would be able to function through the exoskeleton. He knew from experience that the kit worked with other thick skinned and shelled creatures, so he figured it could adapt to Gand physiology.

GM: EDIT, see OOC. This Gand is at 1 hp this round and is recovering 1 hp every round for the next 6 rounds after this one.

Other character's Actions? Reks will use on of his Medpacs on himself also [roll=Medpac]1d8+2[/roll]

Kacela backs up to be near the others in the group and concentrates, focusing her senses. Not on sight, or even sound, but on the ripples in the Force made by any living being. She needed to feel where it was coming from, and how fast, so that they could be ready when it arrived...

Reks also closed his eyes to concentrate the Force but after a few seconds he shock his head in disappointment, "I'm not sure... to much of the Dark Side is here..." Thirteen appeared from behind on of the nearby stalagmite and made its way to the group muttering "Oh my or my... we are all going to die in a cave in are we not? Oh my"



As the group gathers and prepares themselves as best they can for whatever is coming one of the tunnels on the opposite side of the chamber collapses as rock and dust burst out and from this dusk a huge worm thing appears!!! It roars with defiance and starts to make it way around the central maze. This Gand and Cal noted that this one is not as big as the creature the team saw that destroyed the mining camp but it is still over twenty meters long...

As the team faced the monster a ghostly humanoid figure, translucent and glowing slightly blue appears between the group of the worm. It raise its right hand and the creature stopped as if listening. Kacela, Reks and Jihahna all could feel something in the Force and they could sense no darkness coming from the figure before them!

After a moment the creature turned and returned to the tunnel it had emerged from. It slowly moved back and disappeared from site, but the force users could still feel its presence nearby.

The ghostly figured turned towards the team and bowed.

Looking over you all its' mouth began to moved but no sounds came from it. Finally everyone (but Thirteen) hear a voice in the head. At first they could not understand what it was saying but then it spoke in something... it did not sound like Basic but everyone could understand it none the less...

"Greeting travelers of the Stars. It is with a heavy heart that I speak with you now. For there are those whom follow the Dark Ways have made it down into the Star Chamber and even now are attempting to master it. Ages ago my people sealed the chamber and sacrificed much in the hopes that it would never again be awakened. But alas the darkness is there and we have failed..."

The figure bowed its head in shame and then continued "I sense that that are those among you who also understand the Way and that you follow the light of the Way and not the darkness. I must implore you to stop those whom have penetrated into the Star Chamber."

"I see that some of you are damaged and I can grant you one small favored but it will be the last of my power and I can aid you no further. Rest here for a time and gather your strength. When you are done I will open the central locking mechanism and you will decent into the Star Chamber and face the dark ones there..."

GM: The idea here is that he is using a Force Secret that allows you all to use something like Force Trance (under the skill Use the Force) but you only need one hour and you are all 'awake' and aware during this time. At the end it is as if you took a long rest - your regain 1/2 (round down) your Hit Dice that you can use for healing, etc. You could spend 2 Hit Dice during the rest and get those two back at the end of the rest. With Cal's ability you would have advantage on this roll (roll two Hit Dice and keep the best) plus your Constitution mod +3 for Cal's Wisdom. You can spend all 5 of them if you wish too (you that you would be down 3 HD at the end of the rest) and Cal might be able to get you back 1 or 2 with his Medical kit.

Also you are all going to raise to 6th level at the end of this rest. You get the Hit Dice and Hit Points of that level but any you are down from this fight that you don't heal with Hit Dice, etc. are still down. See OOC for what you get with 6th level
