D&D 5E [IC] Uller's Out of the Abyss

The kuo-toa over Sarith sees Surana rushing him and turns his spear towards her.

The spear scratches Surana.

The one near Topsy turns to meet the new threat of Ezraen leaping through the air but as he turns Ez is stunned to see an arrow sprout from the things neck. It clutches at it and drops gurgling.

Eldeth fires her crossbow at the one remaining kuo-toa (the one near Surana) and Topsy moves to cover behind a rock and hides.

Orsik sprints as close as he can get to Sarith as he can but doesn't quite reach him.

[MENTION=6801671]SunGold[/MENTION] Surana's turn. [MENTION=6801331]DMAesh[/MENTION], the target of your leaping attack was dropped by Erevan's arrow. If Surana doesn't finish off the one remaining kuo-toa you can reach it on your turn and apply your attack it it.
 

Surana ignores the spear as it grazes her, letting her momentum carry into her attacks.

Ezraen skids to a halt as he watches his target gurgle and fall to Erevan's arrow. He gives a nod and a smile to Topsy before spinning on the ball of his foot and breaks into a run to run Surana's opponent through!

OOC: Do you want me to roll again?
 


Ezraen springs over Sarith. The kuo-toa turns to defend itself from the leaping paladin but too late. He is pierced through the neck and topples to the ground.

Everything goes quite for a moment. Orsik murmurs a brief prayer over Sarith, staunching his bleeding. Topsy and Eldeth pick themselves up. "As they started to snap out of their shock, they started shouting at us and then just attacked!"

Bertram is nowhere to be seen. Other kuot-toa are starting to 'wake-up'. Most just start moving away from the village and the carnage that is happening there. Some glance at you menacingly but quickly decide to move away.
