It's kind of interesting that, for orcs, you turned the Tough-Blooded gift into the Paragon gift. May I ask what the reason for that is? Was it to avoid having a "this is the gift all fighters will take" type of thing?

Ah, I honestly can't remember, it was about a year ago (and I wasn't the designer on the orc). It would have been largely based on the survey feedback at the time though.
Going to try for something that might be in the first 85% since combat is usually early on. How about something related to grid combat like the kinds of activities that provoke the opportunity attacks so many maneuvers explicitly do not provoke?
