Looks like Omicron’s “stealth” variant is giving up its secrets. It’s more transmissible but no more dangerous than omicron, Experts do not expect it to cause a new spike in infections, but believe it will slow the decline in cases. And most- but not all- of the current weapons in our arsenal that work on omicron will work on this variant, including the antibodies created by a prior omicron infection.
