Another Loyalist Soldier appears out of the warehouse on initiative count 24. A Loyalist spellcaster appears out of the warehouse on initiative count 8. While the PCs don't know she's an enchanter, it is obvious to Akos she is a spellcaster.
Commander Oakfirst and two of his Elite guards arrive to help this round on initiative count 13.
