I'll reply to your and @JustinCase's post a bit later. Right now, I'm enjoying the cool air of a slow-moving thunderstorm. Lots of rain. I'm feeling very relaxed right now.

EDIT: Tuck's first attack was a hit but the other two are misses. There is no flanking. Custodio can't flank from his position on the other side of the door. The Loyalist has cover from him. Tuck and Vinny aren't flanking the Loyalist.

Also, Tuck does an extra +2 damage for favoured enemy. So, 4 damage to the Loyalist.

When in doubt about whether two allies flank an opponent, trace an imaginary line between the centers of the allies’ spaces. If the line passes through opposite borders of the opponent’s space, including corners of those borders, then the opponent is flanked.

It looks like Tuck shouldn't be flanked either.
