Valentin Medved: Casts divine protection. 20-ft radius burst. The affected Loyalists and Mercs gain a +1 morale bonus to their Armor Class and on saving throws. The bonus to save does not stack with the bonus vs. fear granted by bless.

So, between the two spell, those affected by both will have a +1 to AC, attack rolls, and saves.
