Kulan: Knightfall's Crisis in Bluffside Game [OOC]

I wouldn't ask normally, but you have the natural 20 in one roll marked miss...
D20+12-8 = [20]+12-8 = 24 (miss)
I probably missed miss chance roll somewhere, but maybe... ?
No, I was basing the result off of The Butcher's AC. (I saw the Nat. 20, but I was still waking up.) I even rolled the miss chance and then crossed it out.

However, he failed his Dexterity check on his first crit., so the dagger slipped out of his hand. The most he could do is try to punch The Butcher in the leg. That's an unarmed strike, which provokes an AoO. The Butcher could counterstrike, if he has Combat Reflexes. While I know if he does or not, Camburn doesn't. He prone on the ground and was already dying once. I don't think it is a risk that he'd be willing to take.

Okay, so @MetaVoid's attack takes out The Butcher, and it was almost a critical hit. (The Butcher's AC was 26.) After Tim's attacks, the Loyalist only had 3 hp left.

@Neurotic, choose Akos' action for Round 15.

I'm not going to worry too much about what the minor NPCs do for the rest of this round. The guards on the wall discover that the fallen guard is dead. They retrieve dropped crossbows and other weapons. There is one healing potion on the dead guard, which will go to the guard who is hurt the most.

Maena and Zenpher will have a short conversation.

Sobla will continue to barricade herself in the candle shop unless Tuck tells her otherwise.

Custodio will head back onto the street to help heal wounds before The Beast arrives, which arrives in 4 rounds. (That is Round 19.) So, each character gets, at least, 3 rounds of actions before the creature arrives. I'm rolling initiative for The Beast...

The Beast - Initiative for Round 19: 1D20+2 = [2]+2 = 4 :ROFLMAO:

So, all the characters (except Bluffside Regular and Custodio) will get 4 rounds of actions before it is close enough to attack.

I'm still waking up, so I'll post a bit later. I must have breakfast and take my antibiotics first. The air quality is really bad right now in Edmonton, so I've had keep all the windows shut. It's also been hot (but not blazingly hot).

There are several of the enemy that will likely die before The Beast arrives. It's up to you to decide whether or not you're going to stabilize any of them (so they can be put on trial at the Tribunal) or just let them perish. Note that Captain Camburn believes strongly in justice, not battlefield justice.

Commander Oakfirst cares more about his guards and defeating the evil creature that Phelix has unleashed on Old City.

@MetaVoid, it is at this point, you can write your introduction for Rockhorn. I will take control of Breva for the rest of the combat. Then, the character, if he survives, will go his own way.

@JustinCase: In the next round, Tuck has a chance to take a full accounting on the various vials and potions on the shelf.

Number of potions on top section of shelf in warehouse: 11. All of the potion bottles on the top of the shelf are made out of clear glass. There are six that are deep red in colour. Five are a dark green in color.

There are 12 + 1D4-1 = [3]-1 = 2 potions scattered over the middle two levels of the shelf. The potion bottles are made out of a strong ceramic.

There are 8 on the second level and 6 on the third level of the shelf. There are four potions with the cat symbol on it (second level). Three with a bear's head symbol (third level). One potion with a carved bull's horns on it (second level). One potion with a stylized tree on it (third level). That leaves another five random potions that are each marked with a different symbol. I'll note those later.

The bottom level of the shelf is filled with vials that are likely various types of poison [1d10+2] or something alchemical in nature [1d4+1]. Again, I'll note those later.

On the weapons rack are two masterwork short swords and a masterwork darkwood spear. Any other weapons that were on it are likely now scattered on the street among the dead/dying Loyalists and Rising Swords mercenaries.
