@MetaVoid, let me know exactly where you want Rockhorn and Spritewing to end up. I put them back where I had them originally, but if you prefer they attack from where I had moved them on the previous map, it's fine. All I need to know is where they end up and how high they are in the air after Rockhorn sunders the head.

The Beast uses Gargantua Shift and then makes a full attack.

Gargantua Shift (Su) Once per day, the Beast can magically change its size from Gargantuan to Colossal, as a swift action, and can remain in its larger size for 1d4+1 rounds. The Beast’s stats are altered as per p. 291 in the v.3.5 MM. It’s Strength increases by 8, its Dexterity stays the same, its Constitution increases by +4 and its natural armour increases by +4. However, its AC and attacks decrease by -4. It’s Space increases to 30 ft and its Reach increases to 20 ft. Its Speed does not change. This action does not provoke an attack of opportunity.

Okay, @MetaVoid, this is why I need you to let me know exactly where Rockhorn and Spritewing end their movement. I think I figured out where you want them to be, but I'm not sure which starting point you chose. I'll post an altered map with the creature's new size and where I think you had them move to.

In its colossal form, The Beast stands 25 ft. high (as a long creature) and has a reach of 20 ft. So, if they are less than 45 ft. off the ground, then The Beast can bite at them. I'm going to assume that they are higher than that unless you say otherwise.

When the creature increases it size, its bulk crushes the trees next to Tim and pushes Captain Camburn back 5 ft.

It can only stay in this form for 1d4+1 round.
