In the World of Greyhawk, the underoerth city of Erelhei-Cinlu, trapped under the merciless gaze of the Demon Goddess Lolth, is a churning hive of chaotic evil villainy. Here are some personages of that violent and treacherous place.

NOTE: Some of these names come straight from the adventure D3 Vault of the Drow (Baltana, Eclavdra, House names, etc.). Most of the Drow names are made up by me (using a Drow name generator) and for organizations like the Female Fighters Society (and its associated Sororities) I used GPT-4 to help create evocative names for them after feeding it relevant info from D3.

Cazress, A member of the Nightmare Guardians of the Covert Strand Sorority of the Weavers of the Iron Web Fighting Society.

House Noquar sponsors and outfits the Nightmare Guardians of the Covert Strand Sorority. There are always 40 members of this Sorority, but not all of them are from House Noquar. Those drow seeking a better station will use all their skill and wiles to secure their spot for this can be a stepping stone (usually the back of a fellow sister) to Temple of Lolth or adoption into the House itself, provided the social climber in question survives her tenure.

Lolth's Chosen, the High Priestess Baltana, Matriarch of the Temple of Lolth

Baltana must navigate the perilous politics of Erelhei-Cinlu while retaining the favor of her goddess. No easy task and that should tell you all you need to know about her.

Xathel Henna, Outcast and Circle of Spores Druid, unwilling serving Zuggtmoy, Demon Queen of Fungi

Xathel was part of a "delegation" sent to The Temple of Elemental Evil who's attempt to take over in the name of Lolth was mercilessly crushed. Most were sacrificed to the Elder Elemental God, Vilp-akf ’cho Rentaq. Xathel was given to the imprisoned Zuggtmoy. Rather than consuming him, she turned him into a fungal puppet to be her eyes upon Erelhei-Cinlu.

Dimeth, Consort of House Kilsek:

Eclavdra, Mistress of House Eilserv and High Priestess of Cult the Elder Elemental God

NOTE: Depending how you fared in G1-G3 the Eclavdra you meet in D3 is either the original or a clone. If she falls in the G series of adventures then her consort, Lyme, will activate her clone. Either version of her is ultimately dangerous your player characters well being.
