It's slightly arbitrary. Sometimes when I Gove it a long rambling 80's TSR passage and ask for a picture, it changes it into a condensed prompt. Sometimes it just as ticks the palace straight into the hopper. I think a longer passage is Korean likely tonforcw a summary prompt.
Of course it might also be possible to just ask it to write a prompt...
