Nice. I been considering getting one of the under the desk pedal machines.
I bought one of those first, before I bought the other one, but the problem was that it kept sliding around

I need to talk my wife into letting me do this. I'd like to imagine playing Skyrim and getting my cardio in. I'm just as likely to injure myself in the doing, though.

Plus with this bike you don't have to join a cult, which is another big plus compared to some of the other more popular bike brands (like peloton)

First week back, it’s been a while. Three visits this week. It’s been so cold that walking the dogs is a problem.

So, just as a place to drop my random musings on things as I am working out now very consistently.

Been a little over 2 months, (by a week) and I've put on some weight, in a good way.

I'm easing in a bit, as I have old joints, and but I'm stuck in my ways of how I trained as a kid for football.

Next weeks goals are to really integrate core work twice, or maybe 3 times a week.
Week after that, ugh, is to add skipping for at least 1 heavier cardio day a week on top of the light warm up work I'm doing.

This likely gets me up to 6 days a week, but it is what it is.
