Just gonna set this here...
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I've updated the list in my OP to include things that were missed and/or should be added for consideration.

Hopefully we can get another round of errata soon!

Also, out of curiosity, are you able to shed any light on what happened with the True Polymorph spell? At one point, the sentence about the spell ending early if the THP were gone was removed on DDB but then it was added back in. Also, the 2024 version still lacks wording around being able to speak or cast spells depending on the new form.

My lantern's out of oil on that one, sorry! I wonder if it may be addressed in Sage Advice. I don't have visibility on what's in that, so I'm fully speculating here.

No worries. The first part (The disappearing and reappearing THP clause) was probably just an error - maybe someone thought it needed removing but was then told to put it back?

As for the latter part, I reckon the 2024 version of the spell just needs to have the same wording as the 2014 version, namely changing "and it can't speak or cast spells" back to "and it can’t speak, cast spells, or take any other action that requires hands or speech, unless its new form is capable of such actions."

One thing to clarify is that True Polymorph now got clarification on the THP in the errata. Sadly, still no clarification on the speak and casting part. What if I turn from a human into an elf, or a Gith, or any other creature capable of speaking? Well, hope you like being mute
