D&D spell illustration challenge, day 2: Alter Self.
Lichdom is one of the thing a modern, active woman's skin must cope with. When Botox fails you, there is always Alter Self.
Prompt: A young princess with an air of quiet strength. She has pale, luminous skin with a dusting of freckles across her cheeks. Her eyes are large and almond-shaped, a light violet tinged with grey, framed by long dark lashes. Her lips are full, with a natural rose tint, slightly parted as if about to speak. A loose strand of copper hair falls over her brow from an intricate braided crown. A delicate tiara rests just above her eyebrows, set with a single moonstone. Her expression is calm.
And: The face of a withered princess who now resembles an ancient sorceress. Her skin is parchment-thin, deeply furrowed, with liver spots and sunken cheeks. Sharp bones define her gaunt face. She has her purple eyes with silver specks. Her long white hair, wispy and brittle, is woven into a crooked braid crowned by a slender, tarnished tiara set with a cracked moonstone. Her thin lips curl in a knowing, secretive smile. The background is a blue, otherworldly glow.
Commentary: I suck at alphabetical order, so Alarm will be for tomorrow.
