Yep. It's Mel's Diner, which I've eaten at in Hollywood. The food was good, but overpriced for the quality. I haven't been back.

I have some friends who try to convince the group to eat there any time we take a trip into LA and it has always seemed like an overpriced place trying to convince tourists to eat there bc of nostalgia.

I'm pretty sure it is, but I think there's some drama around why a few of them are named similarly to but different from each other.

Maine Coons also typically have much more pronounced tufts of fur on the tips of their ears- just like Ron Perlman- than do Norwegian Forest Cats.
